Cape Con Property Developers is a domestic construction company based in Durbanville, Western Cape, South Africa. We are a family-owned and family-run business, operating since 2001, with industry experience dating back to 1988. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of our workmanship.

We can assist in the design of your project through Nico, an Snr. Pr. Architectural Technologist, on a turnkey basis.

Construction and Project Management

Final Handover
Upon completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure the project meets agreed specifications and quality standards.
