Cape Con was involved in the construction of various commercial buildings, like CVC Media (Bellville, Cape Town) where we upgraded an existing office block into broadcasting studios, administration offices and a training centre. In Durbanville, Cape Town, he was involved in the additions and alterations to the existing Frailcare Centre (Fairtrees Retirement Village). Nico designed eight more upmarket bedrooms with its own bathroom and was involved in the construction thereof.
